InEpisode 360 - Trapped in a Sub!, Zack debuted his house in Nova Scottia. It is located relatively near the spawn point on a small hill.
In its early stages, its walls consisted primarily of dirt with vertical windows one block wide on each wall. Zack has stated that he originally wanted the windows to be oriented horizontally; however, since Brett used this technique, Zack built his vertical windows so that he didn't copy Brett.
It has since been moved to near the desert that is near the spawn point. It is now made of birch wood, nether brick, nether fences, and vines. He made these changes because it was suggested that Nova Scottia keep a more natural, country feel. It also has a new double bed for double the fun!
